April update from our MD

Dear all,

As non-essential shops have re-opened this month, we are hopefully beginning to move towards a return to more normality. At Forth, business is going from strength-to-strength with continual growth in Q1 and projects being booked in throughout the year. We are in discussions with many clients about how we can combine their print mailings with our digital expertise and processes to provide complete campaign solutions moving towards a more integrated communication system for them. It seems like it will be a busy year so if you think you’ll have communications we can help with please get in touch early for a chat.

Mailmark Postage

There was good news for our clients this month as Royal Mail launched a Mailmark Economy Service. The service has removed VAT, allowing for savings to be made on non-time sensitive campaigns. Mailings will be delivered within four days of hand over, although around half are still being delivered the day after they have been handed over. This means even more pricing options for our clients using our Mailmark sortation and DSA licence.

Accreditations

We’ve successfully renewed our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 accreditations. These frameworks on Data Security and Quality Management Systems ensure we provide secure and efficient data driven communications.

Case Studies

We have now added a Case Studies section to our website. Forth has worked with some fantastic people and companies over the years; some of our clients we have worked with for 10 to 20 years! To celebrate these partnerships and the work we do, we will be asking some of you to kindly let us reference projects we have successfully delivered for you. Any help with this is much appreciated.

Part VII Mergers
