Response to Government Guidelines Issued 23 March 2020

In light of the guidelines from the UK Government last night we would like to reassure all clients and partners of Forth Communication that we have been preparing for these expected measures in response to the spread of COVID-19, and are able to continue to provide our full service during this time.

Forth Communication is classed as a key business due to providing postal and communication services to multiple industries, including other key businesses.

Therefore, our production facility will continue to operate as normal and we have robust contingency plans in place.

The safety of our colleagues is of paramount importance and we have implemented working practices that follow the guidelines issued by public health officials. In addition, only colleagues who have been designated as critical workers will be on site during this period.

All Forth colleagues who are able to work remotely, across both our Edinburgh Head Office and our Bangor NI site, have been doing so since the first advisory from the government was issued with a secure infrastructure already in place.

If there is additional guidance by public health officials or measures by the government that require us to review our operations, we will of course communicate this to you.

You will not experience any disruption to our services including For-Files and For-Email, or the level of support from our Client Services team during this uncertain time.

For clients using our For-Email platform, our service provider partners at dotdigital have also provided similar reassurances, which you can find here.

We are committed to helping our clients through these unsettled times, if we can help in any way please reach out to your Account Manager or email info@forth.co.uk
